The Grim Reaper is a character who appears once, in the episode Death Training.
In this episode, the Sanity Not Included crew get hit by a train, and then our sent to purgetory. The Grim Reaper meets them here, and offers them advice on how to leave. But oftenly the advice is false and its him playing a prank on them. He tells them he'll slow the train down with his powers, but either he has no powers, or chooses not too and laughs hysterically when they reinter purgetory
